|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet using our secure payment providers Worldpay and Paypal. Please note that Worldpay takes full payment at the time of placing an order, and we have no control over this. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Made To Measure and Customised Clothing
Please note that we reserve the right to increase the price of a made to measure or customised garment when the dimensions of the garment require a change in our standard pattern. We will advise this price change before manufacturing the garment.
|Shipping And Handling In the UK we use a courier or Royal Mail trackable delivery services for all items above £60. They are also insured to the replacement value. |
In the UK we only charge £7.95 for delivery above £60 and below £60 we charge £2.50.
Delivery is free of charge on orders above £350 in the UK
In the EU, outside the UK, we charge £12 for orders above £60 and £5.50 for orders below £59.99
For deliveries outside the EU we charge a flat rate of £20.
|Delivery Schedule If the item which you have ordered is in stock we guarantee delivery within 3 days in the UK|
If you require faster we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day delivery* which guarentees delivery to most UK addresses will be by 1pm the next working day. We reserve the right to charge you extra for faster delivery.

Good things do take time and if one of our Hilltrek manufactured items is not in stock it may take up to 6-8 weeks to deliver. Made to measure and customised garments may take up to 12 weeks when we are busy. If you want it faster please let us know.
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.|
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.|
|Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.|
All products we sell and manufacture come with a standard guarantee against manufacturing and fabric defects.
Some manufacturers including Páramo, and our own Hilltrek, manufactured clothing have a 'Lifetime Guarantee which does not include accidental damage or wear and tear. It is important that you follow the guidelines for care of the garment or equipment or otherwise the requirements of the guarantee may not be fulfilled.
Please note that any damage to one of our garments through normal "wear and tear" or accidental damage can be repaired for a reasonable cost. Please refer to our customer services section.If you return an article for repair charges for shipping and insuring your package are your responsibility. Please be sure to insure the contents of your package prior to shipping as we cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. If you cancel your order, your payment will returned in full with the exceptions listed below.
We will repay you within 7 days of receipt of the goods at Hilltrek or confirmation of postage and receipt of tracking details.

If you have requested non-standard (e.g. express delivery) in your order we reserve the right to charge you for the difference between this cost and our standard shipping cost.
We reserve the right to retain 25% of the price of a customised or made to measure garment if the order has been cancelled after the manufacture of the garment has started.
